Watch out just got a supposed NEW mattress two box springs from SLEEP COUNTRY and they were left out in the front hall before they called me as i was out there waiting for them then dragged into this hall left on the floor then asked if i wanted the plastic removed said no you pick up other mattress form other homes this si lice and bed bug season so leave it on. Then before they brought the top one in they said surely you want the top one off i was no leave it on im going one a vacation. they brought it in ran out and called me to the door before i could inspect to sign the form then took off i went looked at the plastic in this supposed new matters was all ripped taped up dirty and looked like a used mattress. There was a dirty spot on the middle and i freaked out called the customer service said all this they will get me a new one been waiting two weeks for this one but shouldnt the health dept be checking these places out..lordy the only good thing they did was put booties over their shoes (which were probably cleaner than the NEW MATTRESS). SO be ware you may get infested! LEGALLY THEY ARE TO GIVE YOU A BRAND NEW MATTRESS NOT ONE sent back in thier 90 day tryout period as it is a health issue and not legal.
