Watched Gone Girl last night and was blown away. One of the very best movies I have seen this year! Matt probably wouldnt like it; its 2 1/2 hours long and mainly plot driven. =) The movie switched back and forth between the husbands and wifes viewpoint and back and forth in time. I watched the whole thing with only one pause in the middle for a trip to the boys room. (I am old after all). How much did I like this movie? I absolutely despise Ben Affleck and consider him the worst actor (well, maybe tied with Kenau Reeves) in movies. I told one of my co-workers today that I enjoyed this movie so much I forgot Ben was even in it.=) To be honest I thought he and Rosamund Pike were perfect in their roles and I cant imagine anyone doing better.
