Way cool. The fact that they are 200 times as far away from the sun as Earth, and we havent seen them tells you something about the enormous size of the solar system, at least in local terms. We cant detect them because theres very little reflected radiation from the sun at that distance. But of course, Its 271,000 AU to the nearest star, Alpha Centauri, which gives you an idea of how insanely ginormous the universe is.
