Way of Peace Although I live and I walk these streets concrete Although I lead in this inhuman city I stayed myself , an Indian creation A Cherokee warrior , lover of the great plains There has long I was running free as the wind My life was rich and full Even if I had money by My path was blessed by the Great Spirit The former had taught us the meaning of life Their stories told around the campfire For centuries, people have been my earth , my friend Preserving the landscape , respecting all living beings Today, the spirit of my ancestors remember He must love Mother Earth as she loves us To give love and support to those who call To connect all the hearts torn by modern life He invites us to love our brothers , our sisters To raise our children with honor and dignity In all respect us and seek happiness Thus , we can always live in peace
