Wayfair Hires CFO to Ready IPO - Boston’s has hired a chief financial officer to prepare the home goods e-tailer for an IPO, likely in 2014 or 2015. Former Warner Music Group Vice Chairman, Michael Fleisher, will be taking on the CFO role at Wayfair. Wayfairs previous CFO, Nicholas Malone, will remain at the company as Chief Administration Officer.
