He has always been jealous of Caid and Ethans successes, and when Caid was promoted instead of him, his rage begun building inside. He normally would never turn on his friends, but when he was offered one of the highest rankings in the Type Xs Army, which are bent on destroying the UNSC, he couldnt resist eh power he knew he would have. Him and Commander Jones begun planning ambushes on the best UNSC squads and disbanded the Covenant Mergence in the UNSC by giving false information that the Covenant were setting the ambushes. Waylen and Commander Jones begun recruiting many experts from the UNSC in secret, and anyone who stood in their way they framed and arrested. Waylen planned three attacks on his own team, but nothing worked until he revealed his true loyalty to the Type Xs to his teammates and helped kill two of his former friends (Brayden, and Calvin). He continues his hunt for his best friends (Ethan and Caid) who evaded the attack, but deep down hes not sure if he could put an end to them when the time comes.
