Wct peeps - my step-son went to the doc today and then went to our pharmacy to get a script filled. My pharmacist told me that our new card was being denied. He was kind enough to put through all of my kids, Ray, and myself. It came back that I was the only one who was insured. Unfortunately, this happened after 5 but I called Empire and when I put in our info they said my kids policy had been canceled as if July 1st. Now I have to wait until Monday to find out whats going on. Has anyone else had this problem?
