We ALWAYS stress...ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER on collars!!!! Yes, micro chips are wonderful, but in a pinch or dangerous situation, on hand info is so important!!! This story has a happy ending because Ozzys owners had the right id on him. Ozzy was delivered safely home by 6:45 AM this morning by Walmart employee, Amy Sandefer! Thank you, Amy, for caring about the welfare of furbabies in Henry County!!
