Job Description • Achieving area sales targets, mapping potential customers and generate leads. • Understanding the customer’s requirements and providing process automation solutions. • Pre-sales, solution design and technical assistance to end-user / consultants / contractors. • Development of green field project sales Identifying potential sales opportunity to maximize the sales Improve visibility Co-ordinate with marketing for brand promotion and market development. Job Requirements • Minimum of 5-7 years market experience of process Industry in FMCG, Paper, Cement, Sugar, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and OEM Industry. • B.E Electrical from HEC approved Institute. • MBA Marketing from reputable institute is preferred. • Identifying potential customer base across region controlling top line and bottom line activities. • Following organization’s strategy to achieve monthly / yearly sales in the region. • Achieve regions sales revenue and organizations profitability. • Increase market share compliance to statutory requirements on sales. • Ensuring Market penetration in region Business forecasting and sales planning, preparing budget. • Work with marketing for Brand promotion. • Managing and mentoring regional sales team. • Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets.
