We all have our bad days where we have to push ourselves to workout. Ive been sick a couple days and havent worked out since Friday which isnt like me. I took the weekend off and didnt expect to get sick but life happens. It did make me feel tired and lazy. Just didnt want to workout today even though Im feeling better. Thats the great thing about being a Coach...it holds me accountable and keeps me going. I cant preach what I dont practice. So back at it and I feel so much better!!! Lazy feeling gone... Combat 45 and 20 min core with my Dog Sam. Wouldnt be the same without her kisses.
