We all have to look at where we have come from. Look at all we have survived and appreciate that we have made it through to the point where we are now. We are all, so often, not proud enough of who we are and what we have survived. If we love ourselves we will be nothing but committed to having emotional endurance. Life is hard. This is a simple reality but just because it is hard does not mean life is negative. Hard and negative are not the same. Hard is challenge. Negative is being a victim. When we feel victimized, taking action will change that state of mind. Never let another persons lack of wellness and unthoughtful actions turn you negative. If you do this, they win. If you have those moments where you feel that way, be with it so you can transform this into seeing the bigger picture. Action takes away negativity and helps us to make sense of things. The best way to really get back on top and get your power back from those who have been hurtful is to be happy. To live your life and do what you want to do. To not let them take one more second of your head-space or life-space. Just be happy. Work hard. Fill the void with envisioning and creating for yourself a better and more brilliant future. We are rewarded for this type of endurance and resilience. When we get past challenging and painful times, we usually end up being thankful they happened. If we are committed to loving ourselves, this is a guarantee. Dig deep, be deliberate about YOU and love yourself.
