We are 5 flatmates looking for a sixth one for our nice house in a charming area close to Shuman.Safe and quite (one way street) with all supermarkets, banks, restos, bars, bus, nightspots, pharmacy, ... available within 5min walking from the house The house has two bathrooms, dinner room, tv room, fully equipped kitchen, sunny terrace, washing machine and dryer,… There are no parking problems for cars and we also have our own garage for a bicycle or a motorbike. There are full public transports possibilities around the flat and the metro station Shuman is only 5min walking. The room is furnished (incl. private sink) and tells about 16m². The rent is 480€ and includes everything (hot water, gas, electricity, internet, cleaning lady once a week,…) The room is available starting from august 15.
