We are Hiring: Commercial real estate firm seeking qualified individual to join our team full-time as Operations & Marketing Director. This position requires 4+ years of experience in professional office administration. Previous experience in commercial real estate preferred. Individual must be highly motivated, personable and able to work as a team player to oversee day-to-day operations of the office including broker production, human resources, and administrative staff. Attention to detail and creativity very helpful in order to implement and promote the company’s property marketing programs by creating marketing materials (brochures, proposals, advertisements and signs), web marketing and publishing, media relations and press releases, and maintaining listing databases and records. Light bookkeeping. Working knowledge of various software applications such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite a must.
