We are all entitled to our own opinion even the law ain’t perfect and the law does not necessary mean ‘fairness’ to all. It is fair if the judgement is in your favour and unfair if it’s against you.The ruling of a judge isn’t by the definition and ideals of the ‘law’ that guarantees fairness. If it works in Anwar favour the Pakatan Rakyat supporters will hail this as a fair decision and if it does not they will allege that it is a political conspiracy. This is the very low level of maturity of those who claim to be fighting of an independent judiciary. To these people, an independent judiciary means courts that rule in favour of the opposition.
