We are all so excited! We are off on a three day adventure! Camping in the Bodega Bay Area:) I always try to make these experiences more meaningful and give the boys a little extra insight. So this week we watched the Alfred Hitchcock movies The Birds and Psycho. The Birds because some of the filming happened in and around Bodega Bay and Im hoping to see some of the sights that are still standing. Well the boys were non plussed when they saw it mom its only birds ok so I thought Psycho, nope, first of all who watches movies in black and white?!! Oh my gosh am I the only one who see a bunch of birds congregating on wires or trees and wonders what sinister thing they are thinking?? Or the shower scene in Psycho, classic horror! I still cant take a shower without keeping an eye on the door! Well once we get there hopefully theyll see lore then just a beach town:)
