We are also looking for a System Engineer :) Position Summary The candidate must be a skilled Systems Engineer with vast experience in systems engineering that will manage and monitor the end to end engineering cycle from requirements capture to system acceptance. Oversee all areas of installed systems including IT, Networking, Software and Security sensors as well as 3rd party applications. This role has many responsibilities with a high a degree of exposure to all levels in the company. Responsibilities * Overall technical responsibility over the project by leading technical activities for the project, in line with the scope and plan agreed with the PM * Participates in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) for the overall solution in coordination with Project Managers ; drives estimates and work-breakdown; define engineering work plan, development work items for peer developers, and participates in pre-sales consultation meetings * Responsible for requirements management * Work with customers to understand their business problems, scope, and priorities * Work with Central SE to develop System architecture and requirements flow down to the sub-systems * Participate in developing SOW for suppliers, including the validation of the sub system specification * Monitor the development of the sub-systems. Chair the sub-systems Engineering reviews * Responsible to approve the sub system design * Supervise the quality of sub-system acceptance tests (ATP) done by sub-contractor * Monitor the system Integration and test , responsible for trouble shooting and analysis of technical issues * Drive the system Engineering reviews ( SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR ) and validate the evolution to the next stage * Review and approve the system test results until demonstration of the compliance of the solution with the requirements * Participates in analyzing, designing, programming and extending software systems, as well as leading unit-testing and implementation as necessary Skills and Experience * At least 4 years of experience as System Engineer in complex integrated systems * Overall 8 years and above of Engineering experience * Experience in requirement management, system design, integration, testing and integration in a system of system environment * Knowledge in Software development – Mandatory * Knowledge in IT and network system for Big Data center - Mandatory Management experience * Knowledge in Video system and video management system- Advantage * Experience in business domain such as: Government organizations * Work with worldwide company – Advantage Please PM me if you are interested in this position.
