We are an easy going professional Irish couple, looking to share our beautiful spacious flat with a similar couple. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom with 1 spacious bathroom which has a shower and bath. The apartment contains a large dining room with seperate kitchen which has all essentials. The apartment is north facing (nice and quiet as it is away from the road) with balcony over looking our swimming pool. The rent is $350 p/w all bills included in price (electricity, gas and high speed wi-fi) We are hard working professional couple, who like to come home to a chilled and tidy apartment.
