Court have ruled several times that PERSON is that of status and condition that excludes the sovereign. So you as a PERSON is only granted civil liberties by the government, which they may take away because which is granted may be un-granted see 14th amendment. That you have consented to be governed therefore you cannot complain. The picking order goes as such: first is the grantor. Then second is the grantee which is the propriety government being the people. Third is the government the people have ordained. Forth is Person/s which is tenants being subjects of the sovereignty. Fifth is animals which would be those declared less than human. Remember the picking order of the feudal system Kings or Queen as the sovereigns, then the nobility, and last the peasants.
