We are back from a quick vacation and ready to carry on the 4th celebration through the weekend! We are sporting our true colors, red, white, and blue in our top 3 featured pies this weekend! Try our Betty WHITE- with chopped spinach, grilled chicken, and green olives, garlic roasted olive oil, shredded mozz. Or our Drop Dead Red- topped with house made Hot Italian sausage, roni and roasted RED Peppers, red sauce, and shredded mozz Our Baby BLUE- is topped with smokey bacon, sweet red onions, and BLUE cheese! served red with shredded mozz. If you are green with envy over our fresh new pies, try the Green Goddess- organic spinach, roasted beet puree, roasted garlic olive oil and fresh mozz. Our Flat Bread for Va La Vineyards will be a sweet cream ricotta and locally made sweet mustard chutney... yummo! We will be at the vineyard from noon til 5 Saturday and the Newark Natural Foods Co-op Farmers Market from 10 til 2 on Sunday. Come and celebrate with us!
