We are commanded of Christ to forsake Moses and the traditions thereof for the soul cannot be purged of sin through them. The old covenant law was but a shadow, Jesus Christ is the substance, full of grace and truth. Those who mix mosaic customs with the faith tradition of Christ are judged as evil doers, for they are following the doctrine of the Nicolatians that Jesus hates. The law of moses blemishes and stains the soul with iniquity causing all who follow it to live in condemnation and self righteousness.
