We are glad to inform you that the Shri Ram Centre Repertory is going to perform a play based on Shankar Puntambekar’s Novel “Ek Mantri Swarglok Main” In the name of “Democracy in Heaven” Synopsis of the Play : Democracy in heaven is a satire on politics which depicts the believe systems of the negative practices by so called politicians to keep hold on our democratic system with their flattering dreamy tricks. They pose to be a true icon of democracy but only in words. They overrule the true objectives of democracy. Seeing it from a neutral perspective they are the black farce of our time…………. Dramatized by Suman Kumar, Music by Rajesh Singh & Design & directed by Mushtaq Kak The performance of the play are scheduled on October 26, 27, 2013 at Shri Ram Centre main Auditorium , 4, Safdar Hashmi Marg, at 7.00 p.m. The Tickets are available at the Shri Ram Centre Office as well as bookmyshow @ 500/-, 300/-, 200/-, 100/-
