We are hiring! Title Insurance Sales Professional (Aventura/South Florida area) Job Description THG Title is expanding throughout the South Florida area. We offer an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, high energy individual with a dynamic personality to assist in promoting and growing our business. Some of the daily responsibilities include bringing in new business and creating relationships with real estate brokers, lenders, buyers, sellers, and in-house brokerage accounts. We are looking for an experienced sales person that has knowledge of the title industry. The ideal candidate will have a recent history of doing business with brokers, banks or realtors and setting up their own appointments with contacts. This self-sufficient person can work on their own in the office and outside of the office. Must have previous sales experience and be able to cold-call. Book of business to bring is a plus! We offer competitive base salary plus commission. Desired Skills & Experience Enthusiasm and energy to promote our outstanding Title company Ability to talk to and build rapport with real estate professionals throughout the South Florida region. Knowledge of the Title sales cycle, sources of leads and industry insights Florida title insurance license within 2 months of start date Amplify to use software for setting up appointments and everyday calendar.
