The Living Room is dedicated to offering unrivalled quality; ensuring our customers have the perfect, intimate environment to drink, dine and relax all in the lap of luxury. As the Hostess you will be the face of the brand responsible for; • Meeting & Greeting Guests • Organisation of operations throughout the evening • Ensuring our customers receive a high level service throughout their journey with The Living Room • Networking where possible ensuring key client retention and acquisition • Liaising & working in conjunction with the events team to ensure the smooth running of functions, large parties and additional bookings • Delivering a 5 star service at all times To be considered; • You will have excellent customer service skills • You will already have experience within a similar role and environment • You will be passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to providing a high end service to all • Fantastic energy and genuine desire to succeed within this luxury environment • Friendly, approachable persona with exceptional organisational skills • Well groomed appearance In return we offer a fantastic working environment where you will have exposure to brilliant career opportunities as well as working with a fun, dynamic, friendly team!
