We are home and finally reunited with our two baby girls!! We are thankful beyond words for the outpouring support, love, well wishes and prayers we have received from friends, family, and even people weve never met. The past 8 days were the hardest (physically and emotionally) of my life. We will never know why my lung collapsed, but if we learned anything from this, we realized just how fragile life is. I am especially thankful for my husband who never left my side. He washed my hair, gave me sponge baths, held the breast pump, helped me in and out if bed, took me on a wheelchair date, and most importantly, he was there to hold my hand and love me. The Lord truly blessed me with a wonderful man. And of course, thank you to my amazing parents who have taken care of our sweet girls. It was so hard being away from them but knowing they were getting lots of love, made it bearable. Praise God for healing my lung and we know He will continue to be with me on this road to recovery.
