We are leaving on Saturday for the shores of Lake Erie, not a pleasure cruise though. Going home to bury Mom. Well kinda she was cremated, the only way to go, and we are having a Memorial Mass Monday 7-14 at 11:30 at St. Angelas in Fairview. Although well prepared, each day it gets closer I get a little sadder. My dog is also on her last leg and her time I think is also short. Her and I have had a great run. No one has ever unconditionally loved me more, no one. You know they say lock your wife and your dog in the trunk of your car and come back in an hour. Your wife gets out of the trunk and calls you a couple names and heads for the lawyers office. Your dog jumps into your arms licks your face and says,Whats happening. WE are moving also and cleaning the basement I came upon the following which was very helpful to my brother as he crossed to the other side. A pearl from Willie Nelson. Death is not the end of anything, I believe that all of us are only energy that becomes matter. When the matter goes away the energy still exists. You cant destroy it. It never dies. It manifests itself somewhere else. We are never alone. Even by ourselves, we are not alone. Death is just a door opening to somewhere else. Someday well know what the door opens to. Willie concluded saying I believe that I really do and so do I. Live each day , enjoy each day, do not be afraid but rather be courageous and bold and most of all kind.Redman.
