We are looking for “Civil Engineer” for one of our client. The expected candidate must have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the site assessment surveys required for construction of a power plant. Must also demonstrate ability to fulfill the roles such as construction management and supervision related to civil engineering of a power plant. • Liaising with the consultants and supervising the contractors on all works related to site assessment surveys; • Provide inputs to the Consultant during feasibility study, drafting of technical specifications and design review stages; • Negotiating modifications with architects and consulting engineers; • Dealing skillfully with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients, architects, other engineering professionals, sub-contractors and members of the public; • Implement health, safety and environmental standards during construction phase; • Demonstrate ability to undertake dispute resolution; • Construction supervision; • Implementation of Quality Assurance standards during construction phase; • Scheduling work; • Providing appropriate plans for construction; • Monitoring the provision of materials; • Liaising with and directing the work of sub-contractors employed on the project; • Ensuring quality of workmanship.
