We are looking for a new member to our PERGO team! Administrative assistant for Pergo s.r.o. Processing of the offers for rent and sales, working with intern database and CMS, publishing the offers on the real estate websites. Support of team members, paperwork - scanning originals, recording and further processing of documents. Communication with courier in terms of deliveries within Bratislava as well as international courier companies. Basic communication personal and via phone. Dealing with Post Office and mail processing - sent mail, incoming mail. Dealing with regular agenda as per instructions from team members - brokers or manager. We are looking for a motivated young member of our team, who is wiling to learn and take initiative.
