POSITION OFFERED: INSTALLER/TECHNICIAN Central Monitoring is looking for a technician to join our staff. What We are Looking For: We are currently seeking a qualified Installer/Technician to install and service our new and existing customers’ alarm system needs. This individual will be required to perform service for both the Residential and Commercial Business markets. We offer a highly competitive wage and extensive benefits. About the Job: • Install, test, troubleshoot and service Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, Access Control, Video Services with minimum to no supervision. • Be able and willing to work in confined spaces and in outdoor weather conditions • Complete required paperwork & customer training of various systems equipment • Verify the installed system is functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identifying and correcting problems • Maintain customer rapport by resolving concerns; answering questions • Maintain safe and secure work environment by following safe practices; keeping security information confidential • Experience preferred, but we will train the right person About You: • We are looking for individuals who want a career, not just a job and share our commitment to success and excellence. • Excellent customer service skills • Must be computer literate • Be able to work as part of a team • Must be able to work without supervision • Strong troubleshooting aptitude • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Maintain a professional appearance • Positive attitude, work ethic and work quality are a must • Must successfully pass criminal background check and drug screen • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record If this sounds like you, please email your resume to accountingmgr@central911 for consideration.
