We are losing too many ppl. First my brother Marquis Andre Dixon and now a friend of mine has lost their brother ( Fat June) . Both of these young men had medication they needed to take to stay healthy. I know we as black ppl dont like to keep up on taking our meds and watching our weight ( im preaching to myself also). But my prayer is that we keep up with that, if your close to someone you know that takes any kind of meds ( asthma, blood pressure, insulin, water pill, acid reflux, depression meds) help them remember to keep up with it. I want everybody i know to live a Full life, old age, kids, married, grand kids, college degree you name it.
