We are missing out on social skills the more we get social savvy. Handwritten thank you notes and signatures are becoming a thing of the past. I always respond with a thank you note, RSVP, autograph in cursive. I dont know how many parties Ive attended where the host is frustrated over no RSVP... manners people! Thankful to my mom who introduced me to an Etiquette class in my youth to go along with what was being taught at home. Now Im going off the subject of Cursive writing... I do feel this is becoming a lost art. As many times as Ive had to sign Dylan Riley Snyder in the almost 10 years of autographs... printing them would have so been time consuming. plus I feel a cursive signature is an expression of yourself. P.S. my promise to my family.... I will always sign legibly so that anyone can read it. (sadly now with cursive not being taught, the kids think my signature merely a symbol).
