We are on track to deliver the new secondary school in Arborfield by September 2016 with a potential site now identified. The school will be built by us as part of the major development that will take place at Arborfield Garrison and the potential site location has been identified. The proposed site is at the centre of the Arborfield Garrison development in the village centre, where there are also planned to be community facilities and shops. Three consultation events on the Arborfield Garrison Landowners Consortium’s emerging proposals have been organised for: • Friday August 29 from 4pm to 9pm at the Finchampstead Baptist Church Centre, Gorse Ride, Finchampstead • Thursday September 4 from noon to 6pm at the Garrison Community Centre, Sheerlands Road, Arborfield • Friday September 5 from 4pm to 8pm at the Arborfield Village Hall, Eversley Road, Arborfield For more information please visit: wokingham.gov.uk/news/index/august2014/potential-site-for-new-arborfield-school
