We are pleased to announce that John Abbott has added a CrossFit class to their physical education curriculum. Students can start taking this class for credit as of August 2014! This will be a 102 level course, with no prerequisite. The best part??? It will be offered at CrossFit de louest! What a great opportunity for us and the students!
