We are recruiting volunteers for the Neighborhood Supper, this coming Saturday, November 29, 2014 (Thanksgiving weekend). Here are the details. . . . We prepare and serve the Neighborhood Supper in St. Christophers House, Church of the Holy Trinity, 316 East 88th Street, between First and Second Avenues, Manhattan, each Saturday evening to 100 or more of our homeless and nearly homeless neighbors. We begin cooking and setup for the Neighborhood Supper around 3 PM; we serve dinner at 515 PM; and we are cleaned up and done by around 630/700 PM. So that you can see what a good time our volunteers, of all ages, have serving our neighbors, check out these pics from a previous Neighborhood Supper: https://facebook/david.g.liston/media_set… Volunteers are welcome at the Neighborhood Supper every Saturday, but we are in particular need on Saturday, November 29th. If you can volunteer or help recruit volunteers, please contact me via Facebook or email me at list26@aol. Best regards, David G. Liston President, Holy Trinity Neighborhood Center P.S.
