We are selling our apartment in Baross utca, opposite the Szabó Ervin Library, about 300 metres from Kálvin tér metro. Our contract with the agents expires on 5th October so from then we shant have a commission to pay - which means we can bring the price down a little :) All major work (electricity, plumbing, heating, wooden framed double glazing, etc.) done but we have stopped decorating in case our individual taste differs from the buyers... Ideally, someone who wants a big family flat will buy it but it is also suitable for dividing into two flats. We have bought a house in the country so want to move out as quickly as possible.
