We are so lucky to have some of the best guests...Thank you! This business is awesome. We were in search of a new mechanic and Ryan/Autotron had been recommended to us. We dropped by to get a sense of the business. Ryan came right out and briefly assessed the situation with my sons car, took the time to tell us about his business, and suggested a course of action. No high pressure sales job! We left, thought about it, and called back for an appointment. Colleen greeted us by name when we dropped off the car the next morning; offered us a ride; promised a follow up phone call. She called us back at the agreed upon time. Ryan finished the repairs in time for my son to drive to work. He pointed out some things that we should consider repairing down the road, but, again, no high pressure sales! Lets face it; no one wants to have to take a car in for repair. But, if it has to be done, I cant think of a place Id rather go.
