We are so proud to have received another wonderful letter from a very happy customer and would like to share it with our facebook followers! I would like to add my huge personal thanks to you both and the rest of the team involved in this project. You hear so many horror stories regarding building work and having home improvements carried out. However, any reservations I had were soon put to one side when I witnessed not only the quality of work being undertaken but the time and care taken by all involved at every stage of the design, build and installation. You really have got a terrific team there at N-BK (and no doubt Bathrooms by Design as well!) and I would have no concerns in fully recommending you to anyone in the area thinking of having work done. Everything has been finished to a superb standard and all the little changes and modifications made along the way were dealt with in a very professional manner. Needless to say I am exceedingly happy with the finished item! Fate really has played into this as well as luck would have it everything gets finalised today and I fly out for a little project tomorrow! (couldnt turn this job down, got to go to Singapore for a couple of weeks to help fit some equipment!) The dining booth is on order, and once everything is in place Ill be in touch if you wanted to come and take photos for your portfolio / just have a plain nosey at the finished article. (Both Steve and David are interested in seeing it all done as well!). Also there is the glass splashback to sort at some stage so Ill no doubt be in touch soonish to arrange that as well.
