Spend a lovely afternoon in a picturesque setting. Eat a delicious meal in the middle of a field. We are partnering with our friends at No Coast Reserve to provide a delicious meal which showcases our local bounty. Heres the menu. Registration deadline is in just 6 days - July 14th. APPETIZER- Beet Mousse SIDES- Creamy Potato Salad w/ Fennel and Herbs in a Creme Fraiche Dressing North Carolina Style Vinegar-Dressed Coleslaw Spicy Szechuan Marinated Carrot Ribbons & Green Beans Mixed Vegetable Crudite with Basil Goat Cheese Dressing Entrees - Harvest Salad - Wheatberries, Chickpeas, Mixed Greens, and Berries in a Blueberry-Chile Dressing (Vegan).
