We are traveling back from Panama today...as soon as we landed in USA the very sweet messages came in wishing mom Happy Mothers Day. I had to share an email our youngest sent me today... You know, as a mom of 5 I have prayed and I have held onto Gods promise that ONE DAY my kids would rise up and bless me!! Today this little note REALLY BLESSED ME!! Much like many moms, you wonder if your kids are gonna hate you....Im sure my kids have had their moments....Lord knows I am NOT A PERFECT MOTHER!!! Micah is 15 and his words really hit me in a sweet spot. I share this with you to ENCOURAGE YOU, stay on the path of Grooming Your Kids For Success!!! Training them in the WAY THEY SHOULD GO!!! It is moments like this where it is worth it and you get a glimpse of the WORD OF GOD COMING TRUE!!! Enjoy...your day is coming!! I hate that everything i say to you whether it is your birthday or mothers day, it always the same thing. But i cannot really find anything as true to say to you other than that you really are the greatest and the bestest Mom eva! You have changed my life and raised me up as a leader and as one to seek God and pursue Him. And yet you have changed communities, lives, and have done the greatest things that will earn you so much in Heaven; but the greatest part about this is that you do it for the other person and for their sake, not for your own!
