We are trying some healthier things to try and help me get some things on track loose more weight and just all around be healthier... Doesnt mean we are going on a strict diet just means we are implementing some new things.... And so we are doing a smoothie breakfast regiment kids too... Yesterday was blackberry blueberry spinach orange juice honey almonds and granola... Delicious... And my sugars were 128 after and 146after dinner Today is banana blueberry.strawberry kale orange juice honey almonds and granola.. Yummy.. Both have been great.. (kids liked it too) Tomorrow is tropical sunrise as Im calling it.... Pineapple, banana mango with carrots and maybe some granola and honey.. Excited to see what the scale actually says now...
