We are very excited with the new qualifying format announced today. Watching single car qualifying was comparable to watching paint dry...now you have another show element for race weekend. The detailed run schedule for Saturday, June 14 is almost complete. What we can tell you is this... NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice will take place on Friday afternoon/evening. Saturday starts out with practice and qualifying for the USAC Silver Crown Series followed by a session of practice for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. At 12 p.m. the USAC Silver Crown Series will run the Gateway 100 for 80 laps/100 miles. The afternoon will feature NASCAR Knockout Qualifying, an autograph session and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event taking the green flag at 7:45 p.m. Its a great day of practice, qualifying and features for two of the most exciting series on the planet.
