We are very proud that one of our great bartenders Alberto Matallana is competing in the Diageo Worldclass 2014 Competition! This is his recipe for the Malts Challenge. MELLOW SKYE 45 ml. TALISKER 10 20 ml. Don PX Pedro Ximénez 5 ml. Amaro Montenegro (After chilling the glass with ice, spray two shots of Amer Picon, once glass is empty, with a vaporizer) Serve in a tumbler with solid ice block/ice ball. Garnish with an oyster shell and a black grape on top. (Suggested food pairing: nuts bread with boquerones marinated in vinegar, topped with a pich of inked sea salt) Salut! It is now ready to be sipped at Bar restaurant Level
