We are very thankful for the pathology report on the abdominal - TopicsExpress

We are very thankful for the pathology report on the abdominal lymph nodes to come back clear. Even so, it has been a tough couple of weeks emotionally & mentally for us. Overwhelmed is an understatement as we look ahead towards the upcoming treatments. Kevin will be getting another surgery this week (this time not so invasive) where his remaining testicle will be temporally relocated so that it will not get zapped during radiation treatment. Radiation treatment will likely begin the following week. It will look like being zapped in a small portion of the groin area once a day, Monday through Friday for a total of 31 treatments. Which adds up to around six weeks. This will all take place in San Francisco. It is not easy to think of what that is going to be like for him, our marriage and our four precious daughters. Ive been racking my brain to figure out how it will work well for us. Pray for sanity as we figure it all out and clarity as we are facing tough decisions. Pray for a place to stay in SF that we can take our daughters to and be family from time to time during this season. Most of all, pray for heart to heart connections with each other and God.
