We are working on letters and petitions to address the travesty unwed and sometimes even married men face with their children being placed for adoption without consent or the knowledge of the father. We will circulate this letter to many Government officials and media outlets. It would be great if we could get the Father or a representative from each Fathers family/friend to write one or two short paragraphs stating your name, your child’s name and what state you are from (so we can find Legislators from your state) please describe on a personal level the details of your child being placed for adoption. We cannot promise this will change anything or make a difference but we can promise they will hear yours and our voices. They will know your voices and hear your stories. If I have to I will mail and email this letter every day. Please let us all join in this effort and take action together no one person will make a difference it will take a village to be heard and bring awareness and change to this injustice. While I have no legal background and do not know people in high places, I absolutely believe this is a civil rights violation against our young men on many levels. Please join us!
