We at this forum extend our total support for this laudable effort by SERAP (in conjunction with other groups) and the UN special rapporteurs aimed at correcting this punitive and abnormal electricity tariff structure. We have, on this forum, continued to maintain our belief that this tariff structure is skewed against the Nigerian masses, patently unjustifiable and should be challenged in a court of competent jurisdiction.
