We can break up concentrated power, like the great New York Governors Teddy Roosevelt & Franklin Delano Roosevelt before. We have more in the people than we sometimes remember. I saw Josh Fox this week, one of the best organizers I know. He was talking eloquently about how theater provides a chance come together in one place, telling each other truths we already know through stories. It is less about invention than recognition and remembering. It made me think how politics allows us to remember our own stories and our own power together.
