We cannot be hostage the name of Somaliland in the absences of justice that sourced our people from poor was monitoring both the political and economic situation in Somaliland and lived with optimistic that president silanyo come with a team of minsters expected to tally with previous standards when he was serving as minster in Siyad regime. Unfortunately, the president is circled and surrounded by corrupt and tribal minded minster. The only issue in which president silanyo administration is bright is how to collect tax from the public. Most of his ministers are busy political corruption on their illegitimate private gain. An illegal act by an officeholder constitutes political corruption only if the act is directly relate d to their official duties, is done under colour of law involves trading in influences and that is called institutional corruption” are distinguished from bribery and other kinds of obvious personal gain. A similar problem of corruption arises in any institution that depends on financial support from people who have interests that may conflict with the primary purpose of the institution. In politics, corruption undermines democracy and good governance by flouting or even subverting formal processes. Corruption in elections and in the legislature reduces accountability and distorts representation in policy making; corruption in the judiciary compromises the rule of law and corruption in public administration results in the inefficient provision of services. It violates a basic principle of honesty regarding the centrality of civic virtue. More generally, corruption erodes the institutional capacity of government if procedures are disregarded, resources are siphoned off, and public offices are bought and sold. Corruption undermine s the legitimacy of government and such democratic values as trust and tolerance. Recent evidence suggests that variation in the levels of corruption among high-income democracies can vary significantly depending on the level of accountability of decision-makers. President’s government is the first one in the world which some clans are superior than others as most important ministries are reserved for a particular clans and the least important ministries are reserved for clans considered as least important. This is exactly another form of apartheid from South Africa. Apartheid was a political and social system in South Africa while it was under white minority rule (meaning white people ruled the country, even though there were not as many of them as there were black people. This was in use in the 20th century, from 1948 to 1994. In the system, the people of South Africa were divided by their race and the races were forced to live apart from each other. There were laws that kept up the racial separation. The system of apartheid in South Africa was banned in 1994. The last president under apartheid was frederik willem de klerk.. After this, Nelson Mandela became the first black president. Both were awarded the noble peace prize. For their efforts today, the term apartheid is sometimes used to speak about similar systems in other countries. If the weak Somali federal government behaves better than silanyo administration reason being the federal government equal number of ministries for the Somali clans. President Silanyo allotted five or six minsters for certain clans and others one minster and assistant minster. This makes us not to be loyal for silanyo administration as he treats us inferior clans. With regard to me self, situation influences me liking Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud than president silanyo as I will never accept my people to be treated as second class citizens. The chairman of ACID political party Fasial Ali Warabe on various highlighted the injustice in place in Somaliland which soon or later lead to split o ur country as tribal camps which will lead civil wars like the one in 1994 and lasted on 1997. We cannot accept our people poorer and others getting richer and richer. We cannot accept our people left unemployed for generations when their counter parts forms almost the manpower for Silanyo administration. We cannot be hostage the name of Somaliland for generations. The justices noticed from Siyad barre regime between the years 1969 to 1975 is much better than the employment situation of our people. Favouritism has reached to the peak that we cannot tolerate any more. Favouritism The practice of giving unfair preferential treatment to one person or group at the expense of another. The international community acknowledge Somaliland an autonomous or self declared by its self and no one from the international community believes and recognizes Somaliland as piece and parcel of Somalia. At present the international community leading by western countries, Arab, Islamic countries and African are only focussed to Somalia and the minimum attention is considered. Therefore, in the absences of unity between and the pressure of th e international community to unit to greater Somalia, the political future of Somaliland is question. Although I have written numerous articles in favour of president administration, However, I have to admit that I am the last one to notice the corruption, tribalism, the favouritism, the mismanagement and groupism engaged by president silanyo administration. We cannot be hostage for the employment on others when our people are people over generations as lies survives only a short time. In conclusion, fool me once shame on me, fool twice shame on me. In the event any of our people go to Somalia to look for employment, we fully support him to the degree of 100 %. Fozia Hajji Adan initiative to stand high executive government position has pleased thousands of our people, as we consider her an official representing us. Possibly this article may not be like by many, but I am sure, the same will attain the appreciation of thousands of our people, as the days that we lived in dreams are over. The reason that change our our earlier is that we have noted that every minster in president administration is only interested his clan interest rather than the shared interest and number is is the foreign minster and in reality, Somalia foreign minster, Mr Bayle has not sourced any harm for my people, whereas the so called somaliland foreign minster attempted to prevent water supply of our people in Hargeisa.
