We cannot look for too little from the creature, nor too much from the Creator. We may have enough from God, if we pray for it in faith. Humans are, at best, unreliable, while God is EVERMORE Consistent and ALWAYS TRUE to His Promises! We DONT NEED small fortunes, guns to protect our stuff, property, besotted legacies, popularity or personal power trips, GOD IS ENOUGH! Fulness in FAITH Fulfills ALL our Needs! All the wickedness of the world is owing to mans wilfulness. People are not religious, because they will not be so. God is not the Author of their sin, he leaves them to the lusts of their own hearts, and the counsels of their own heads; if they do not well, the blame must be upon themselves. The Lord is unwilling that any should perish. What enemies sinners are to themselves! It is sin that makes our troubles long, and our salvation slow. It is human nature to be sinful, some use that as an excuse to flaunt their Graaace and remain sinful! Without God, even while PRETENDING to be in Christ but keeping a foot in the world, people are self-defeating and self-destructive! The base and debaucherous blithely do it to their ownselves, wallowing in their crudity, gossip, violence and delusions! God Reaches Out to ALL His Children, we WANT to be among those who ACTIVELY Answer His Call and Turn AWAY from the wide carnal highways of the world to Walk the Narrow Path! We WANT to Pray through our struggles and strife moreso, and Continue to CHOOSE the ONE Way of Salvation, Serving Christ Jesus! Upon the same conditions of faith and obedience, do Christians hold those spiritual and eternal good things, which the pleasant fields and fertile hills of Canaan showed forth. Christ is the Bread of life; he is the Rock of salvation, and his promises are as honey to pious minds. But those who reject him as their Lord and Master, must also lose him as their Saviour and their reward. The Spiritual Canaan is Our FINAL Destination, the New Jerusalem, HOME with our Abba Father! Getting THERE is the MOST IMPORTANT thing we Strive For! More and More, Jesus is our ALL! The Lord Sustains us and Leads us, He Provides and Protects, He Teaches us and Corrects us, He Refines us and Teaches us Discernment! The MORE we have of Our God, the LESS we NEED of ANYTHING Else! Those that fill their lives with worldly tripe, possessions, guns, idols and tchotchkes end up SACRIFICING their Salvation on the alter of fleshly temporality!
