We consider ourselves literate and educated; yet refrain from taking up a cause ... A bigger cause and sticking to it? Why? Is it because we dont identify with those indispensable causes or is it owing to paucity of time or is it because we do not wished to be labeled? Human behavior is complex and I fail to comprehend the psyche of even close friends who rebuke me for participating in a cause, which according to them - Does not add to my revenue bucket. Well, the stomach needs food but the mind craves for knowledge and the heart longs for justice! I will keep talking about some causes I identify with, whether or not my well wishers endorse the same. When I stand up against domestic violence; its not that I have been subjected to its horror. Ditto with other aspects as well. And hear ye ... The more you keep pulling me back, the more I would leap ahead!
