We continue to hear back from runners who set Prs and/or BQs in Houston this past weekend. With over 60 people now reporting dramatically improved times with PRs and BQs after training with us during the fall, we can confidently say that Kenyan Way will help you attain your running goals! With that said, our upcoming Spring program kicks off soon with training for the Woodlands Marathon, Boston Marathon, the local Spring HARRA series or just general fitness. Our 2014 Spring Program begins Monday February 10th and will consist of Monday Hill workouts and Saturday supported Long runs until April 19th. Your online schedule will include a speed workout for Wednesday or Thursday and you will also receive the mid-week workout via email the day before as a reminder to do it Visit our website programs page for more information then come and join us - we will get you to where you want to be!!
