We currently have a vacancy for a glass collector working 1 night per week, alternating between Fridays and Saturdays. With extra hours available for holiday cover/busy periods etc. The ideal candidate will be capable of remaining: calm, organised and efficient within a fast paced environment. The position involves working until 2.30am on a weekend and typical tasks include: collecting glasses, operating a glass washer, keeping the customer area tidy/mess free during busy periods and assisting the bar staff in cleaning up at the end of each shift. This position could lead on to bar work for the right individual.
